TITLE: If you Keep Digging AUTHOR: Keletso Mopai PUBLISHER: Jacana REVIEWER; Karina Szczurek I kept hearing good things about this short story collection and, since I adore the genre, I bought it from the Book Lounge just before the lockdown (they delivered to my gate when it was still possible - it seems like a century ago). If You Keep Digging was a revelation. This is the author's debut, and it is bloody-brilliant, so I keep imaging what she will do next and can't wait. She is one of those writers who once discovered will forever be
on my reading list as long as they continue writing. Strong, versatile voice, incredible characters, and tough, fascinating plots. I will be begging Mopai to contribute to one of the short story collections I plan to edit in the future.
