Publicist and chief librarian at Woman Zone, Beryl has more than 30 years’ experience in the media, retail and promotions industry. Her activities include acting, radio presenting, working in literature and volunteering.
THERESA SMITH
Ideas woman, photographer and researcher for our Women’s Walks, Theresa has many years’ experience as a journalist and events coordinator.

Our treasured treasurer, Yolisa is a professional accountant and tax practitioner. A strong believer in empowering others her company is an Approved Training Centre for Professional Accountants, working with SMME’s as part of the Small Business Enablers.

The creative in the team, Annie Bisset is an artist, florist and photographer. She runs workshops, photographs life and is responsible for the changing wardrobe of Woman Zone’s statue, Wire Woman..

ANINE PHEIFFER
Anine is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience in the petroleum industry. She is trained in leadership and coaching, has a postgrad in Applied Ethics and is currently doing a MPhil at Stellenbosch University.
ASANDA NGOASHENG
Asanda Ngoasheng is an award winning academic, political analyst, speaker, media and transformation expert, and entrepreneur. She works widely in the media and specialises in the area of transformation.
CELESTE MATTHEWS-WANNENBERG
Celeste is an actress, teacher, charity worker, volunteer and caregiver. She works on stage, radio, big screen and television, is on the Advisory Panel for the National Arts Council focused on Social Cohesion and Nation Building and is also Youth Development Programme Project Manager, Consultant and Facilitator.
DAPHNE COOPER
Daphne works as a psychologist, and has done so for many years. She loves Cape Town and feels very blessed to live in this city of beautiful people and places. Being associated with Woman Zone has given an extra richness to life through meeting extraordinary women and hearing their stories.
ETHEL HAMMAN
An Audit Partner at Crowe Horwath Zeller Karro, Ethel is a member of the Management Committee and firm quality assurance partner and leader. She chairs the Horwath South Africa National Audit and Assurance and Auditing Technical Committee.
PHILIPPA KABALI-KAGWA
Ugandan born Philippa Namutebi Kabali-Kagwa is a Facilitator, Coach and Storyteller, in the areas of personal mastery, leadership development, community development and change. She is co-founder of Balisa Nathi Storytelling Collective, co-curator of The Story Club Cape Town, Author of Flame and Song, a memoir.
